In 2019, after one year of relying on a highly rated consultant to develop our first cannabis license application for the City of Los Angeles Social Equity Program, we found ourselves empty-handed resulting from poor program management. But we did not quit and were reminded of a quote:

What we did not realize is that we were already building a team of extremely talented experts assembled to grow a nationwide franchise organization — and we weren’t going to waste those skills. We repurposed the team and decided we should help other companies avoid common industry pitfalls.
